Scope of Services
The 20 hours of Simplero Adhoc Support purchased by the Client can be utilised for any Simplero Support and Management tasks, including but not limited to troubleshooting, platform management, content updates, and technical support. These hours cannot be used for complete website builds.

Time Deduction
Any time spent on meetings, strategy sessions, consultations, or any other communication related to the support provided will be deducted from the purchased hours.

Expiration of Hours
All purchased hours must be used within 4 months from the date of purchase. Any unused hours remaining after this period will expire and will not be carried over or refunded.

No Refunds
The Client acknowledges and agrees that there are no refunds available for the purchase of these Adhoc Support Hours, regardless of the extent to which the hours are utilised.

Scheduling and Availability
The Client is responsible for scheduling the use of their hours within the 4 month period. Availability for support will be coordinated based on mutual agreement, but all work must be requested and scheduled within the validity period.

Exclusions
The purchased hours are strictly for Simplero-related tasks and do not include services such as full website builds or other services outside the scope of Simplero Support and Management.

By signing below, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
